I am in network with several insurance companies. This means I have a contract with them, and you are responsible for any copay, coinsurance, or deductible (this is determined by the insurance company and your plan with them). I will bill insurance directly as a courtesy to you. I can also provide a superbill for you to request reimbursement on your own.
